2D1N Private Trip Nusa Penida

Let’s Explore and Discover the Hidden Paradise Island – Nusa Penida !

Nusa Penida is becoming the new favourite destination in Bali. The island is way larger than Nusa Lembongan. Nusa Penida should visit for it’s incredible high coastal cliffs, natural infinity pool and yet untouched nature.

Nusa Penida located just off the southern coast of Bali. Although it’s only a short 45 minutes boat ride from Sanur Bali, Nusa Penida is still impressively untouristy.

Living 2 day 1 night at Nusa Penida will be an unforgettable moment of your life!

Day 1 – West Trip

Kelingking Beach

Arguably the most photogenic spot we visited on our entire Bali trip, Kelingking Beach is one of those viewpoints that is hard to believe that it’s real when you see it for the first time. This entire coastal area is particularly beautiful – the white cliffs contrast dramatically with the turquoise blue waters.

The cliffs form in the shape of a Tyrannosaurus Rex at Kelingking Secret Point Beach it is bound to be a crowd favourite. Kelingking actually translates into English meaning Pinkie a term referencing the smallest finger on the hand. Just like a pinkie promise, the land does also appear to take the form of a Kelingking or pinkie finger. However, it is the comparison to the T-Rex that has caused this location to become so popular.

 Pohon Cinta

There was a (dead) tree at this place called Pohon Cinta or ‘Tree of Love ’.  It was a popular photo spot with the blue sky and ocean in the background. You can climb this tree to see the wonderful view of ocean from here. This is another favorite stop for photographers.

Angel’s Billabong

The Angel’s Billabong is one of Nusa Penida’s secret getaways in the form of a marvelous natural infinity pool. With its emerald hues and crystalline waters, the Angel’s Billabong is the epitome of stunning. And apparently, the green floors of this particular infinity pool are so comfortable to walk on (not slippery), it actually feels carpeted, Imagine that! We sure wish we were lounging around at Angel’s Billabong this very moment.
The place is believed to be a nymph bathing place by local residents. fresh and clear water.
Dubbed the swimming pool of fallen angels, Angel’s Billabong is a beautiful estuary of a river where the ocean tide meets the stream. It’s a long and wide pool guarded by a pair of cliffs on each side. Its greenish-blue water is so clear and transpicuous, and you can see the rocky river bed as you swim along.

Broken Beach

Broken Beach or Pasih Uug Beach is a tourist area that is very unique. From the name itself “Pasih Uug Beach” (Balinese language) is defined as damaged beach. Although interpreted thus, this would be a tourist area that is truly unique and attractive.
The destruction of this region to attract extraordinary, panorama on the beach Pasih Uug Beach is very beautiful and quiet. There, we can see the combination of two attractions well as the attraction of green hills and blue sea attractions.

New favorite destination in Nusa Penida – Diamond Beach.

Located at the bottom of a sheer cliff, Diamond Beach on Nusa Penida, Bali was previously inaccessible to the public and could only be enjoyed from above. But that’s all just changed. Locals are currently in the process of building stairs down to the beach, meaning visitors can finally trek down and feel the sand between their toes. With a long stretch of white sand, palm trees, rock pools and glistening turquoise sea, Diamond Beach is the epitome of paradise, and you’ll feel privileged to have been one of the first people to enjoy its untouched beauty.

The existence of this location is a bit extreme and challenging, that is on a tree which is not so big but has many branches and it has been cut down so there are only a few leaves left. Teletubbies Hill

The name Teletubbies Hill is given spontaneously by the visiting tourists, it is merely because of the similarity of its location with the residence of the Teletubbies in television show. As you can see, the mound of the green hills adorning the hills and the close distance between the hills that form semicircle. Even though the hills are made up of limestone, but there is a layer thin of soil so that the grass may grow on it giving the beautiful green nuance in Teletubbies’ Hills. Well, therefore, if you from a distance, this mound of this hills is the more similar to Teletubbies’ Hills, especially during the rainy season because the grass will flourish and envelop the hills. The best time to visit Teletubbies’ Hills in are in the morning and the afternoon, because it will be very hot in the noon and there is no place to shelter from the sun. From the top of  Teletubbies’ Hills, you can see the view of the houses of the people of Nusa Penida that look small from the top, and of course, in addition, you can also see the beautiful charming nature view of Nusa Penida.

I recommend booking your tour and hotel packages at @balilivin
Putu our driver/tour guide made it more fun since, he drove us to #CrystalBeach to watch the sunset (w/c i will post the pictures later)
Then we went to #WarungJukung restaurant (Long queuing is indeed worthy, the dishes was great and very cheap 👌)
I also suggest to take their personal driver for 2 days or more and go to #AtuhBeach #TreeHouse #AngelsBillabong #BrokenBeach (Note: do not to use motorbikes because of the very bad/ the roughest road we encountered, it will make you tired prior to your trekking to said locations.) What i mean of trekking? Up hill with dangerous cliffs ⛰
And last stop we went for snorkeling at #GamatBay and #WallPoint (again, will post the pictures and videos later) 😁
The must try #BabiGuling w/c is counterpart of Lechon in our country, The Philippines.
Truly @balilivin made our Nusa Penida trip awesome ❤ .
